  • Through the natural aging process, it’s normal that our minds work faster than our bodies. I will custom tailor a sequence to help you with basic balancing, arthritis and osteoporosis, so that you can prevent falls that can lead to greater injuries. With practice, you will become more self-aware, stronger and learn how to relax yourself
