Western society has made Yoga into a sport. Seema’s passion is to bring yoga back to the basics and teach individuals meaningful customized yoga tailored to their needs. Together, we will focus on relaxation that will balance your mind and body to help you slow down and enjoy life. 

Everyone is unique. One thing does not work for everyone. We will embrace our differences as we all have our aches and pains, injuries or more sensitive areas.  With a private yoga session, you will be more relaxed, feel no judgment and in the comfort of your own home. You will receive a customize gentle yoga practice for you according to your body and your needs.  You will also be educated on how each pose is benefiting you and how the poses are improving your circulation, health, mind and body breathing.  The focus is relaxation and helping you sync breath with movement. If we focus on our breath, we are in the moment.
